1. Customer
Customer books a single night through an Agency.

To pay for the booking, the client or agency generates an AirPlus Virtual Card number (virtual Mastercard®).

The agency generates the booking and sends the hotel a payment guarantee or an event contract with detailed information.

2. Hotel
During the guest's check-in, the hotel uses the AirPlus Virtual Card number to authorize the expected statement amount via their card terminal.

3. Hotel
During the guest's check-out, the hotel debits the actual amount via its card terminal and hands over the statement to the customer or sends it to the agency. The hotel receives the statement amount via its Mastercard acceptance.

4. AirPlus Virtual Cards
Using the AirPlus Virtual Card number, AirPlus receives the transaction data and shows this on the collective statement for the corporate customer.

5. Central Statement
AirPlus issues a single central statement (excluding VAT) for the corporate customer.
